All artwork services are 100% free! No sneaky fees here. Once everything’s good to go, we’ll lock in your order with no surprise charges unless you make changes like adding more items or upgrading shipping.


3. All About Artwork – No Stress, We’ve Got You!

·         What Can I Send? Anything you’ve got! Our talented design team will polish it up at no cost.

·         No Artwork? No Problem! Just tell us your vision, and we’ll bring it to life—free of charge.

·         Do You Keep My Artwork? Yep! Reorders are a breeze since we save your designs and they will be uploaded to your account for future use.

·         How Do I Send It? Upload it at check-out or email it to your Customer Care Rep. once they email you.

·         Can I Pick Colors? Of course! We have standard colors that you can pick from (Standard Colors) and PMS color matching is available—some cases may have a small fee, but we’ll always let you know first.

4. Shipping & Delivery – Getting Your Goodies!

·        How Fast? Each product has its own production timeline (check the site for details).
Embroidered and Print products are produced between five-seven business days
Shipping speeds depend on what you choose at checkout.

·         Need It ASAP? We love a challenge! Let us know, and we’ll work our magic, we have many products with 24-hour production.

·         Multiple Locations? No worries! We can split shipments to different addresses, just let your Customer Care Rep. know the details.

·         International Shipping? Often, yes! Check with us for details.

·         Can I Use My Own Shipping Account? Absolutely! Just tell your rep.

·         Setup Fees? Some imprinting methods require setup fees, but don’t worry, reorders won’t get charged again.

·         Will I See a Proof? Always! You’ll approve the design before we print even on an exact reorder.

·         Sales Tax? We collect where required. Got an exemption? Send us the docs!

·         Can I Get a Sample? Sure! Most are free. Fancy, high-end samples might need to be returned, but we’ll let you know.

·         What If I Want a Custom Quantity? Minimums usually apply but give us a call—we’ll see what we can do.


7. Trademarks & Licensing – Keeping It Legal

·         Do I Have the Rights to My Artwork? By sending us your artwork, or selecting artwork within your User Account you confirm that you have the right to use it, every time you order.  Simple as that!


8. Guarantees – We’ve Got Your Back!

·         Best Price Promise! Find a lower total price within 30 days? We’ll refund the difference.

·         Love It or We Fix It! If your order isn’t perfect, we’ll redo it or refund you—including shipping. No hassles.
